4.12 Baby call
Small children or even older people
can easily dial a previously defined
telephone number using the baby call
feature. Press any button on the
handset (with the exception of the
menu button
).
Deactivating baby call
Press the
button to enter the right menu level directly. Then press and
choose the OFF setting by means of the selection buttons
. Confirm with
and exit programming by holding the
button pressed.
4.13 Range information
The range of the handset is ca. 50 metres in closed rooms and ca. 300 metres
outdoors. When there is a good contact with the base station, the
symbol will
come on in the display. If you are too far away from the base station, the symbol
will disappear and the message SEEK BS will appear.
4.14 Paging from the base station to the handset
If you cannot remember where you have left the handset, press the paging button
on the base station. You will now hear the handset audible signal for 30
seconds and thus be easily able to find it again. You can cancel the audible signal
by pressing any button on the handset.
